Tim is a British and based in Germany from where he provides consultancy services to a number of globally-operating companies. His main focus is cross-cultural management and global leadership, diversity and inclusion implementation and developing team effectiveness. He has extensive experience in the fast-moving consumer goods and chemicals industries and has also worked for numerous other sectors including banking, finance and engineering and with the UK government.
He is also Leadership Solutions Associate for the Center for Creative Leadership. Tim has both his bachelor's and master's from the University of Keele in the UK and later studied Intercultural Management at The University of Cambridge.
