Romie is a highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and
program designer with over 20 years’ experience in
commissioning, implementing and delivering large-scale people
development initiatives and curricula for senior leaders.
Having lived on 3 continents and worked globally with individuals and groups at all levels, Romie’s diverse experience has shaped a broad multi-cultural understanding, which underpins her approach to client and participant relationships.
In her corporate career, Romie held senior Talent Management,
HR and Development positions in Airbus Group, Mars Inc.,
JPMorganChase as well as a subsidiary of Novartis, managing
major projects in talent identification, leadership development,
change management and competency assessment. She also had a post as an in-house Custom Solutions Design Faculty at the Centre for Creative Leadership, and has long been an associate member of faculty and coach for them.
As she regularly works with individuals in a variety of
international locations, she places emphasis on the appropriate
balance of geographic and corporate culture.
Romie has an MSc in Management Development and
Organizational Change, a BSc in Economics, and is a certified
coach, as well as being qualified in numerous assessment tools
and psychometrics giving her registered status with the British
Psychological Society.
