Piet has been an independent management consultant and coach for more than ten years, after a career that took him through a variety of experiences, ranging from scientific work to managerial and leadership positions in several domestic and international organisations. He specializes in leadership and team development, change management and creativity, both in larger international businesses and in smaller or not for profit organisations. On an individual level, coaching is provided to enhance personal effectiveness and leadership capacity. On team level cooperation and result orientation are leading principles, as well as the skill to deal with increasingly rapid changes both within the organisation and in the environment. On organisation level, developing vision and strategy and translating these into attainable goals is the focus. Of Dutch nationality, Piet works in his mother tongue as well as in German and in English.
