Joseph Rachel Ph. D.

Joseph L. Rachel, Jr. began consulting with executives and senior management teams in 1983. His clients quickly found that the training and consulting developed from Joseph's extensive knowledge of individual and group psychology gave them a competitive advantage in reaching their personal and organizational goals.
He has been a consulting psychologist to academic institutions, nonprofit organizations and corporations. He has also been an executive coach of academic presidents, senior board members and entrepreneurs.

Originally from Texas, Joseph currently lives in southeastern France.

Background

• Joseph earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Houston in a program that required him to demonstrate proficiency as a clinician, a researcher and a teacher. During this training the process of human change and development was studied extensively: what encourages people to decide to change and develop; what actively supports this process; how motivation is lost and how important goals become irrelevant.
• Licensed for a wide range of international psychometric assessments, e.g. MBTI®, FIRO-B®, CPI® (California Psychological Inventory) and many more
