Jens Glende

Jens has been working in business as manager, consultant, and coach for over 12 years and has a wide experience working with international organizations from many different areas.

His style is based on providing reflecting support and feedback for his clients. Jens manages to guide people to reach their goals in a fast and efficient approach for them to solve their problems and to unfold their full potential as quickly as possible. He offers his services face-to-face, via Skype, over the telephone and in German as well as in English.

After finishing his degree Jens started work as consultant of OSCAR GmbH for 1 year. He continued his successful career in leadership and marketing for 9 years in product management at Henkel AG & Co. KgaA.

• the managing director of a German company for advertising and promotion material who is developing his strengths and leadership qualities
• the head of customer marketing of an international consumer goods company working on solving leadership issues occurring in the course of the re-organisation of his team
• the director of program & content of a German film business who is exploring his recent role change from team member to manager
