Anett is director of Triaz International and has 20 years of business experience from both a consultant as well as a corporate perspective. She has worked as a consultant, designer and facilitator on projects with clients of major global organizations from telecommunication, pharmaceutical, chemical, and aerospace industries, amongst others.
Anett started her career in a London-based international law firm. She later joined Henkel, a global branded-goods company as an HR manager recruiting corporate executives. Since 2002, Anett has been managing her own business. She specializes successfully in consulting senior executive teams in organizational change processes. Her focus is on challenging her clients to create a clear vision and to align their people around tangible goals. Anett has recently become a practitioner in Viral Change™ a ground-breaking approach to large-scale change in organizations. Anett is also senior solutions associate at the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world´s leading providers of executive and organisation development.
Anett graduated in political science and linguistics (M.A.) and is a qualified psychological counsellor. She is also a certified user of the Organization Workshop (Power + Systems) simulation. Living in Germany and working globally, Anett works in English as well as German.
