Based on her experience with change management in international companies, global leadership development programs, her own managerial background and a certified coaching education Andrea Schäfer has been practicing professional executive coaching since 2006.

Before setting up her own management consultancy focusing on HR Consulting (Change, Performance and Talent Management) and Excecutive Coaching at the end of 2008, Andrea Schäfer acquired nearly 15 years of business experience at global companies, predominantly in international human resources positions. Her final assignment was Head of Corporate Leadership Tools & Programs at the global pharmaceutical and chemical company Merck KGaA.
