Triaz has successfully carried out developmental workshops with all our Core Project Teams. As a result, the teams clearly improved their communication and decision making processes and learned how to better exploit the creative potential of their personal and cultural diversity.
To me, one of the especially positive aspects of cooperating with Triaz was the way in which they addressed the situation of each group and that they designed the individual workshops specifically to the needs of each team. We definitely look forward to working with Triaz more in the future.
